Store the cookies in original packaging or if possible you can also store in an airtight container. You can store them also in the fridge and reheat them or store in the freezer for later stage. Just reheat cookies in the microwave for around 30 seconds to a minute. Keep an eye out! Cookies last between 3-5 days if stored properly.

Yes! You can store cookies in the freezer in the original packaging or an airtight container and use as either an ice cream sandwich or put cookie in a preheated oven at 175 Celsius for about 4 minutes until soft and gooey. Keep an eye out because every oven is different! You can as well just let the cookie come to room temperature and then enjoy it, will still taste delicious!

We do free delivery all over Switzerland

Yes, we ship all over Switzerland. 

Yes! The cookies are freshly baked on the same day that the box will be shipped out to you. The cookies are carefully packaged in a box to maintain the freshness and shape, which will still make the cookies taste fresh and delicious. 

For the moment KKRUMBS is currently only offering cookies and rice krispies, however stay updated as we plan to expand and offer more wonderful treats in the future.

We will contact you once your order is on its way with a tracking number via Whatsapp or Email. We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time but sometimes due to delays with the Post there can be possibilities that the transportation will experience delays which unfortunately are out of our control. Just incase if you need your order to be delivered before a specific date, it is advised to add an extra day.

If you are experiencing some issues and there is an error with the delivery or your order is lost in transit, please contact us via Whatsapp (+41795192137) or Email (info@kkrumbs.com)and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Important information, shipment by Post, the moment the order appears to be delivered in the tracking system we are unfortunately not responsible for it. We are not able to issue a refund on lost or stolen boxes after they are delivered.

If you realize you made a mistake as soon as you ordered, please let us know via Whatsapp (+41795192137) or Email (info@kkrumbs.com) at least two days before arrival date with the correct address or name and we will make sure to make changes. However, if you have not contacted us with the changes on time and the package is incorrect and the box is returned to us we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement package.

If you are in need to cancel your order or change something in your order please let us know via Whatsapp (+41795192137) or Email (info@kkrumbs.com) the same day you place your order. As we are not able to cancel or modify orders on such short notice.

KKRUMBS are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts and peanuts. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free home bakery.

Because the cookies are baked on the day of shipping to keep each cookie fresh and delicious. We require pre orders and a chosen specific date. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays via Post all over Switzerland. When you are at the checkout page select the date, you would like to receive your goods. We package them carefully in a transparent cellophane bag to maintain the freshness of the cookies.

For Tuesday delivery you need to order by Saturday 5pm

For Wednesday delivery you need to order by Sunday 5pm

For Thursday delivery you need to order by Monday 5pm

For Friday delivery you need to order by Tuesday 5pm

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please let us know via Whatsapp (+41795192137) or Email (info@kkrumbs.com) and let us know what is going on. We will do our best to make it right.

Even though here at KKRUMBS we offer gluten free and vegan options, we are not an allergen free business. Therefore people with allergens such as celiac disease are unfortunately not recommended to purchase items. As much as we try to avoid cross contamination there can always be a possibility. We provide gluten free and vegan options for those who have chosen to have those dietary needs and do not have any allergies.
